Purchasing a Gift Certificate for Outdoor Rock Climbing
A gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of its purchase.
To purchase a gift certificate for a specific course:
1. Go to the course page.
2. Fill the registration form.
2a. If you want to book a specific date for the course, choose that date. Otherwise, please mention in the "Comments" section that the certificate holder will contact us to book the date.
2b. In the "Comments" section, write down the name(s) of the certificate holder(s) and their contact information.
2c. Make payment. (In winter months, please pay by email and receive $1.50 deduction from the total ammount.)
3. Once the payment is processed, we will email you a confirmation of your booking of the course. The certificate holder(s) can book the date on their own later if you did not book the date in the registration.
To purchase a gift certificate of a certain amount of dollars:
1. Make payment by cheque or email at billing@zenclimb.com and indicate the name(s) of the certificate holder(s) and their contact information.
2. Once the payment is processed, we will email you a certificate showing the certificate holder's name and the dollar amount in a pdf file.
3. The certificate holder can redeem the dollar amount when they register a course by emailing us the certificate pdf file.
